About Kim

I feel honored to be chosen for this mission of preserving nature on our planet. The urgency I feel is real. If we don't save the forests right now, they will be gone. Period.
Now is the time and we are the one'e we have been waiting for. Let us not be too busy to save our own lives and the lives of all of the plants and animals who live there.
2 quetzal's were found dead on the trail at the Monteverde preserve due to starvation. There are 50 jaguars left- sorry 48, two were shot last month because of a lack of funds for park rangers in the Osa Peninsula. These rangers cost only $10,000 per year.
Costa Rica is lattitude 9 above the equator, the lungs of the planet. To quote one person with a vision "when the last tree has died, and the last river has been

poisoned, and the last fish has been caught, then we will realize you cannot eat money."
It only takes $800 to save 1 acre of rainforest. Please check out our video under resources.

About Michel
|
My earliest childhhood experience was in a river with huge rocks surrounded by forest. I felt an energy, almost a presence that remained sacred and magical to me.
My heart guided me to Costa Rica. I cannot live saying I hoped that the forests were not cut down without making a conscious decision to actively pursue the cause. When you live passionately and freely, your dreams and goals manifest.
The understanding that we are the now, the present, motivates and subtly excites me. We must learn from our elders, teach and inspire our children, and work together to conserve our planet by allowing her to heal herself.
This is just the beginning.
